DARLINGHURST

"This October, The Emerald Room in Darlinghurst will launch Hendrick's Grand Caberet gin. Inspired by the allure of Parisian cabaret, these limited-time events promise a night of dazzling acrobatics, live music, and eccentric performances. As you arrive, you'll be greeted by living floral arrangements before being treated to a Grand Cabaret Royale, a special cocktail of Hendrick's gin, cranberry, lime, and Champagne."

SURRY HILLS

"Byron Bay's much-loved Bar Heather is making a one-off trip to Sydney this August. The restaurant will be taking over Surry Hills' White Horse for two nights only, Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th. Bar Heather co-founders James Audas and Tom Sheer will be working with their Head Chef Ollie Wong-Hee to create an exclusive nine-dish banquet. The menu will focus on Bar Heather's signature style, and be paired with a carefully curated wine list. With two seatings each night, 6pm and 8.15pm, diners can enjoy a pre or post-dinner drink upstairs at the bar."
