Felons Seafood Opens at Manly Wharf with Australia's Coldest Lager and Iconic Harbour Views
Felons Seafood has officially opened its doors at Manly Wharf, bringing 300 seats of relaxed waterfront dining and some seriously cold beer to the harbour.
Leading the kitchen is Luke Bourke, The Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide 2025 'young chef of the year', who's teamed up with acclaimed chef Corey Costelloe to create a produce-led menu celebrating Australia's best seafood. This is contemporary coastal dining with Indigenous heritage and a simple, quality-driven approach.
The venue embodies the laid-back charm of the Northern Beaches with its white tones, natural textures, and a breezy terrace offering sweeping views across Manly Cove. The centrepiece is a striking 360-degree bar anchored by four stainless steel tanks pouring brewery-fresh beer directly to tap.
Whether you're here for a sunset spritz or a proper seafood feast, this feels like the kind of place that'll become a Manly institution.
