Forget mulled wine—this winter, it’s all about buttered booze.
Crafted by bar talents Abel Talos and Remy Krassoi, each cocktail leans into comfort with cold-weather flair. From browned-butter Scotch to marmalade gin sours and buttered-rum throwbacks, these sips are like sipping dessert in a glass—silky, rich, and warming in all the right ways. The drinks were developed after a full-on tasting day at Pepe Saya HQ, where the team churned out ideas (literally) and returned with four knockout concoctions.
What to Drink:
-
Pear Crumble – A whisky-forward mix of beurre noisette–washed Scotch, pear eau de vie and walnut bitters. It’s like dessert in an old fashioned.
-
Toast & Butter – Fat-washed gin meets croissant syrup, citrus and buttermilk in a clarified sour that tastes like your bougiest breakfast, just boozier.
-
Hot Butterbeer Rum – Hogwarts-style magic with aged rum, condensed milk, golden syrup and butter. Sweet, spiced, and steamy.
-
Honey Butter Bee – Burnt honeycomb syrup, Amaro Montenegro and butter-washed gin make this light, fizzy number one you’ll sip all night.
