"This cafe has a few chains around Sydney CBD, and for good reason, they do a fantastic iced matcha latte. Renowned for its dark, minimalist style that blends Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics, they operate a sit-down cafe in Darling Square and takeaway stores throughout the city. The menu offers a fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian influences, including pork katsu burgers, bento boxes, and soufflé pancakes. However, they are mostly known for their matcha, celebrated for its smooth texture and rich flavour profile. It is crafted using premium Uji matcha—sourced from Japan's renowned Uji region. The latte is a vibrant green with the smoothest consistency. Their Iced Matcha Latte is my personal favourite in Sydney, which will amaze your tastebuds!"
