"This bustling, streetside cafe has been trending online and for good reason. In 2022 they were acclaimed Time Out Sydney Café Of The Year, and sell their housemade coffee blends online. Although they are known for their coffee, their Yuzu Matcha Tonic has caught our attention. They use their own matcha powder, which is organic and derived from shade-grown tea leaves grown in Japan. It has a lively and refreshing taste—citrusy, slightly bitter, and earthy with an overall balance that makes it the perfect drink for sipping on a warm day."
