A new chapter is unfolding on the Rose Bay waterfront with the arrival of Rasā House, a new South & South East Asian restaurant.
Helmed by Vinay Matta, son of Sydney hospitality veterans behind Jewel on the Bay and The Spice Room; Rasā House is his soulful spin on tradition, shaped by travel, creativity, and deep family roots in food.
With a menu drawing inspiration from India, Indonesia, and Nepal, Rasā House is anything but fusion. Expect authentic flavours served with heart and precision, from Jhol Momos in coconut gravy to Indonesian-style Yellowfin Tuna ceviche. Add to that a forward-thinking wine list, seasonal cocktails with an Asian twist, and a view over the marina.
