"Potts Point favourite Arms Length Bar & Restaurant is stepping into new territory this April with its very first wine dinner, landing on Thursday April 9th. In collaboration with Patch Wines and Jaunt, winemaker Matt Talbot will guide guests through six considered pours, each paired with a one-off menu designed to match the mood of the wines. Expect dishes that lean both comforting and elevated, think confit duck croquettes with a cacio e pepe twist, pumpkin and ricotta ravioli glossed in burnt butter and sage, and a dark chocolate mousse finished with raspberry sorbet and pistachio.
