"Kiln has announced a new collaborative chef series kicking off this August. 'Taste Buds' will begin on 1st August with a one-night-only dinner featuring Ben Ing (former head chef of Copenhagen's legendary Noma) and Kristy Marchant (former head gardener of Noma). These two are the power couple behind the acclaimed Busselton restaurant Alberta's and have worked alongside Kiln's Mitch Orr to create a bespoke five-course menu. Expect a focus on hyper-seasonal produce, cooked simply with bold, umami flavours. To top it off, leading bartenders Evan Stroeve (Rhubi Mistelle) and Nick Tesar (Four Pillars Gin) have collaborated on a cocktail menu, featuring their award-winning skills (both Diageo World Class Australian Bartender of the Year winners!). Tickets are $130pp and include five courses, plus an arrival cocktail."
