Apéritif & Co., a proudly female-owned wine and cocktail bar inspired by Europe, has opened in the heart of Summer Hill village. Founded by hospitality trio Valerie Deeks, Versha Gupta, and Camille Bahier, the venue brings together world-class wines, refined cocktails, and elevated small plates, all served in a cosy, intimate setting that captures the golden ritual of l’apéritif.
