Martinis Take Over Barangaroo House This August

Martini lovers, get ready. From 1st to 31st August, Barangaroo House becomes the House of Martinis with Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire and three floors of cocktail fun by the water.

Expect $10 mini martinis all day, every day, plus martini carts, ice luges, exclusive cocktails and elevated snacks to match. Whether you like yours dirty, citrus-twisted or extra dry, there’s a martini with your name on it.

Barangaroo House’s Beverage Manager Jerom Morris is shaking things up with custom sips like the Lemon Drop, which is bright, tart and dangerously drinkable; the Pornstar Martini, fizzy, fruity and totally glam; the Japanese Vesper, sleek, strong and Bond-approved; French Lace, floral and flirty; and the Apple-tini, crisp and nostalgic in the best way. You’ll also find luxe picks like Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, classic Grey Goose and the ultra-premium Grey Goose Altius.
