The Gov Rooftop Is Throwing Sydney’s Biggest Après Ski Party
Winter might be on its way out, but The Gov Rooftop at The Governor Hotel isn’t letting the season slip away quietly.
On Saturday 30th August, the 300-capacity rooftop will transform into an alpine wonderland for one night only, complete with snow machines, fire pits, a giant igloo, and DJs spinning après-ski beats until late.
Expect Aperol Spritz snow cones, Espresso Martini slushies, and a Fireball ice luge for the brave. Canadian Club and Suntory -196 will be on hand too, with secret new sips and giveaways. On the food front, think hot pretzels with Fireball dipping sauce, loaded Canadian-style fries, and warm cinnamon cookies to keep spirits high. Pair all that with DJ sets from K-Time and Helena Ellis, and you’ve got yourself a ski field party without leaving Sydney.
